This hotel is ideally placed for the gondola up to the slopes. They have improved the ski locker faculities since last year. The food was very good this year. An improvement on last year.
This was my second stay at the hotel and the room I had in A block this year was not as modern as in C block and it was quite a trek to get to the dining room/reception from A block. Cannot remenber whether my booking last year was for a superior room and thta was why C block was better.

easy to find, first impression was of a posh hotel, but staff were very welcoming and freindly. room was very clean and well presented with a huge bed. meals were very good and resturant staff were very helpful. excellent value for money, would stay again if in area.
beware when booking short stays. Spa facilites looked good on paper,you get 2 hours free, but they are not open on sundays, open 15.30-21.30, everything had to be booked in advance, so we missed out, also you must have a pair of flipflops to use spa facilites.

The hotel offers plenty of outstanding meal options. The pool is nice, well-heated, and the rooms are spacious. The location is unbeatable, with a gondola station just a short walk away. It's an excellent choice for visiting Vallnord Ski Resort.

Excellent Hotel for a Ski break. Great choice of food and attentive service. Will definatley return.
Only that the Spa was closed on a Sunday which because of the heavy snow was a non skiing day for us, so little to do.
